Oasis Academy MediaCityUK moved into our new building in Salford Quays in Sept 2012.
As well as radio and TV studios, production offices and other facilities that would be expected of a Media Centre, the new complex features the best possible provision for Science, Technology, Sport and the Arts, alongside all other subjects in the National Curriculum.
We have also seen our GCSE results improve for the fourth consecutive year in 2012. The percentage of students passing 5+Grade A*-C GCSE grades including English and Maths is now 57%. This is a 26% increase since 2010. The percentage of students passing 5+ Grade A*-C GCSE grades in all other areas is 100%.
