After consulting with all the young people at the youth club we decided to start a Jewellery workshop in partnership with Newlife foundation. Newlife foundation raise funds for disabled children who are in need of vital equipment to ease their everyday living. The funds raised from the jewellery made by the young people will directly go to Newlife foundation to aid them with their equipment intervention programme. Newlife foundation have sent us broken jewellery from high street stores that would normally go to the land fill site, for the young people to then transform.
