Student Ryan Pinkney has been part of a team who prepared a meal for Prince Charles and 140 guests at Salford Lads Club. This was a real achievement for Ryan as he was selected as a winner from 50 contestants and also won £200 of Halfords vouchers. Another student from the Academy Zach Murray was also involved in the project which saw Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall meet young people & volunteers from the Club. Prince Charles also delivered a speech to launch 'Youth United in the North West'.
