With Xello, we have everything you need to help students build the skills and knowledge to create actionable plans for the future, regardless of their chosen pathway.  All our students and teachers have logins to bring up to date labour market information to life in our curriculum and in their career planning.

Year 11

  • Careers education:  preparation for Life Beyond GCSE
  • Personal Careers interviews – Connexions Adviser
  • Support in college applications process.
  • Careers assemblies
  • Salford College interviews in the Academy.
  • Salford City College familiarisation sessions with pastoral team.
  • Engagement with summer programmes e.g. NCS and Babington.
  • Follow up phone calls in September to check student destinations and ensure Connexions engagement.
