The ARC

We are thrilled to introduce ARC, an innovative on-site alternative provision designed to empower our students through reflective practices. This initiative, spearheaded by the Extended Leadership Team of Personalised Learning Pathways, aims to foster personal growth and social responsibility among our students, guiding them to become responsible, respectful global citizens.

ARC offers a unique educational experience where students can develop essential personal and social skills by adapting their habits and reflecting on their actions and decisions. This reflective approach not only enhances their learning experience but also prepares them to navigate the complexities of the modern world with confidence and integrity.

Students participating in Reflect will embark on one of four tailored pathways:

Engage	Reflect	Aspire	Attain
Encourages active participation and connection, helping students to engage meaningfully with their learning environment and peers.	Focuses on introspection and self-awareness, allowing students to understand their strengths and areas for growth.	Inspires students to set ambitious goals and work diligently towards achieving them, fostering a mindset of perseverance and aspiration.	Aims at helping students achieve their full potential by providing the support and resources necessary to attain their personal and academic goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each pathway is designed to support and challenge students, ensuring they develop the skills and habits needed for success in all areas of life. We believe that through Reflect, students will not only enhance their academic performance but also build a strong foundation for their future as conscientious and capable individuals.

We are excited to embark on this journey with our students and look forward to witnessing their growth and achievements through the Reflect program. Together, we will cultivate a learning environment that prioritizes reflective practices, personal development, and social responsibility.
