Congratulations to our new welfare ambassadors

Congratulations to our new welfare ambassadors
Andrew Hardman

Last week we had the great pleasure of finalising our welfare ambassador team.  There were nearly 100 application for the positions and after a tough interview process fifteen students have been awarded their welfare lanyards and will begin their work in January.

The welfare ambassadors will work with our students to give them advice and guidance on how to be mentally healthy, they will lead assemblies, promote mental health across the school and work with individuals to ensure they are happy.

The ambassadors will receive training throughout the year from the safeguarding team to develop their skills in helping others.

Each and every ambassador blew us away with their fantastic interviews showing such compassion for others and we are really excited to see them develop through this role.

We are super proud, well done everyone.
