NHS advice on the recent outbreak of Coronavirus
Thank you for taking time to read this information page, firstly it is important to understand that the information on this webpage is purely to advise parents, carers and students about how to respond to the extremely unlikely event of an outbreak of coronavirus within the local community. We have taken a pro-active stance in educating our students and ensuring the school is safe and virus free.
All students have received the below information to ensure they are fully informed about coronavirus. We have given advice on the following through tutor time:
· What is coronavirus?
· How to maintain personal hygiene.
· How to prevent the spread of germs and viruses.
· What to do if you think you have coronavirus.
All of the above information has been summarised in the poster below and further information from the NHS can be accessed here. Please take the time to read below and reassure your child that there is no need to be concerned and the information below serves as a good reminder about preventing the spread of any or all types of germs and/or viruses.
As previously mentioned please do not be alarmed when reading this, however if you have any further questions or queries please contact the school via 0161 886 6500 or info@oasismediacityuk.org.
